• Property type, occupancy status and relevant property details
• A description of the required work
• Access and parking information
• Any additional notes you choose to provide

We do not collect payment information through this website. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in your enquiry or appointment request.

We use the information you provide only to:

• Review, manage and respond to your appointment request
• Discuss and manage your project or request
• Communicate with you in connection with work we carry out for you

Our appointment booking page embeds a scheduler provided by AI Software (Capacity) UK Ltd, trading as YouCanBookMe (youcanbook.me). When you submit an appointment request, the information you enter is processed by YouCanBookMe on our behalf and is used to create and manage the appointment request in our connected calendar.

Our booking calendar is connected to a Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendar operated by Metatron Group LTD. Appointment request details are stored in that calendar system as part of the review and approval process.

YouCanBookMe and Microsoft act as data processors on our behalf. They process your information only as necessary to provide the booking service and are subject to their own data protection obligations. YouCanBookMe is operated by AI Software (Capacity) UK Ltd, a UK-based company. Booking information processed through YouCanBookMe may be stored or processed in the United States. Where international transfers occur, YouCanBookMe applies appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law. Microsoft may also process data in locations outside the UK and EEA, and applies appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We process your personal information on the basis of:

• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and manage business relationships
• Contract performance — where we are carrying out work for you or taking steps to enter into a contract, including reviewing and managing appointment requests

We retain enquiry and correspondence records for as long as is necessary to manage the enquiry or project, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up queries. Appointment request information is retained for as long as is necessary to manage the request and any resulting work. We do not retain personal information longer than necessary.
